What is America's Liberty Committee?

America's Liberty Committee (ALC) is a 501(c)(4) national grassroots lobbying organization. Our mission is to serve and support the millions of Americans who believe the federal government has grown too big and too powerful. Our goal is to defend the constitutional liberties of the American people that are jeopardized daily by a government that attempts to regulate and control every aspect of our daily lives. ALC promotes this mission through issue advocacy and grassroots involvement in the legislative process, while providing American citizens with the background necessary to make informed decisions and the opportunity to get involved in the political process.

What is America's Liberty PAC?

America's Liberty PAC (ALPAC) is a Super PAC, officially known as an "independent-expenditure only committee," that supports Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), other liberty-minded candidates, and pro-liberty legislation from Senator Paul and others. As a Super PAC, ALPAC can accept unlimited contributions from individuals, businesses, and corporations without any legal limit on donation size. ALPAC cannot make contributions to candidate campaigns but may engage in unlimited political spending independently of the campaigns.

What is America's Foundation for Law and Liberty?

America’s Foundation for Law & Liberty (AFLL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization that provides legal and educational services to Americans whose constitutional rights are under attack by overreaching government officials. AFLL exists to protect these men and women, thereby raising awareness about the ever-growing role of the federal government in our daily lives and beginning a national conversation about this important topic. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Code, contributions to AFLL are tax-deductible to the maximum amount allowable by law.
